1. Compliance Consultant (Senior)
Job Duties
- Prepare licensing applications and notifications
- Track and monitor SFC’s updates regularly and prepare its newsletters
- Review licensed corporations’ FRR, survey, and compliance manual
- Provide continuous professional training
- Handle general correspondence with the SFC
- Advise on general compliance matters
Position Requirements
- A degree in any discipline is preferred but not necessary
- Having related prior experience is preferred but not necessary
- Good leadership, analytical, and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese
2. Compliance Consultant (Junior)
Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation of licensing applications and notifications
- Assist in tracking and monitoring SFC’s updates regularly and preparing its newsletters
- Assist in reviewing licensed corporations’ FRR, survey, and compliance manual
- Assist in the preparation of continuous professional training
- Assist in handling general correspondence with the SFC
- Assist in advising on other general compliance matters
Position Requirements
- A degree in any discipline is preferred but not necessary
- Having related prior experience is preferred but not necessary
- Good analytical and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese
3. Summer/ Winter Intern
Job Duties
- Provide assistance with the team in handling general compliance matters
Position Requirements
- Students that are in their penultimate or final year of tertiary study in any discipline are welcomed
- Good analytical and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese
